Our products are Print On Demand products, meaning once your order is placed we initiate the printing and shipping with our third-party vendor.

Please allow at least 3-5 business days to make your items before shipping your order. 

 

Delivery:

Delivery dates are an estimate only, not a guarantee, and reflect the total number of business days our printing service partners estimate to make then deliver your order.

Once your order ships, the mail services, and our printing service partners will make every effort to meet delivery expectations, but delays may occur and delivery may take longer, especially during the holiday season or due to weather. 

 

ESPECIALLY WITH COVID-19 PROCESSING & DELIVERY CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME AND THE AS USUAL TIMELINE MIGHT HAVE TO BE ADJUSTED.  

 

Your Order Gets Lost Or Never Arrives 

Please let us know if your order never arrived after you exhausted all possibilities (contacted your delivery service, asked neighbors if they have taken in your package on your behalf, making sure your delivery address is correct) and you are still missing your delivery.

Unfortunately, there is not much we can do if any third party like your delivery service, someone took in your package or the delivery address was wrong is at fault. You will need to find a solution or make a claim about your lost package with a said third party. Thank you for understanding that once your order is sent out for shipping we have no control over the shipping and delivery process. We can always resubmit your order at your expense.
